heart-centered vinyasa yoga

vinyasa refers to a flowing yoga practice synchronizing breath and movement. jen's heart-centered vinyasa classes, perhaps best described as 'mindful flow', emphasize creative sequencing and are woven together with threads of insight to create a mindful, meditative journey. 

 

jen encourages each student to work at their own level of strength and flexibility and she offers support in finding grace and ease at your edge. while everyone is welcome, and ample space is given to modify poses based on your level of energy on any given day, some familiarity with yoga and/or some other form of physical practice is recommended.
