vinyasa yoga

vinyasa refers to a flowing yoga practice synchronizing breath and movement. jen's heart-centered vinyasa classes emphasize creative sequencing and breath awareness and are woven together with threads of insight to create a mindful, meditative journey. cultivating a balance between effort and ease, her classes can be both challenging and vigorous yet always remain restful and deeply nourishing.

 

jen encourages each student to work at their own level of strength and flexibility and to meet whatever arises in the moment with loving kindness. she offers compassionate support and gentle guidance in finding grace and ease at your edge. while everyone is welcome and ample space is provided for modifications, some familiarity with yoga and/or some other form of physical practice is strongly recommended.
